What is the difference between full synthetic oil and synthetic blend oil?
Full synthetic oil molecules have a more uniform shape and are made with the best additives and will do great things for your car engine. Semi-synthetic oil is a good alternative to full synthetic and is a better option than conventional oil. With either the engine will be better protected and perform at a higher level.
How long will it be before I need another oil change?
While we recommend going by your vehicle manufacturer’s suggestion we understand the type of driving influences the oil change interval. Contact us for customized guidance based on the type of driving you do.
Is an oil filter included?
Yes, replacing your oil filter at the time of service is standard practice.
Appointment
I booked my appt, now what?
We will contact you to confirm the specifics of your upcoming appt.
Are there any additional services available?
No, we are strictly oil changes. This means you will not be upsold on additional services.
What if the weather is bad?
In Oklahoma, the weather can change on quickly. Services can still be performed in covered areas such as garages, parking decks, and car ports. We will have our scheduling team reach out to set another time if conditions warrant.
Will you need my keys for this service?
No, giving us your keys is not required however we will need access to your engine compartment. If you prefer to hand us the keys, that will not be a problem. We will coordinate to be the least disruptive to your routine. We will let you know when the service is complete.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Give us a call. Once an appointment is confirmed you can cancel at no charge up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Any cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Inclement weather cancellations are at no charge to the customer.
Payment
How do I pay?
We will collect full payment AFTER the service has been completed. It is required to have a card for booking.
We accept all major debit/credit cards. We do not accept cash payments for the safety of our customers and technicians.
Can we tip the technician?
No, we do not accept tips! Our philosophy is that the company is responsible for paying employees a living wage.
